Family Membership includes 1 Man's & 1 Woman's Seat

Individual Membership includes 1 Man's OR 1 Woman's Seat

Each additional seat will incur a charge of $150 (rear ) or $200 (pew) .

Please indicate the total number of seats you need in both Men's and Women's sections.

Family Member in need of 4 seats will enter 4 and add 2 additional seats below.
Individual Member in need of 3 seats will enter 3 and add 2 additional seats below.

The purchase of any seat is applicable to both
Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.  
You may choose to attend only 1 holiday yet the charge will still be $150 rear seating or $200 for pew seating.  Please choose your seat requirements for services you will be attending.
