If you want to change your seating request, please call Chaya in the CBS Office. (516) 569-3600 ext 21.  

Family Membership includes 1 Man's & 1 Woman's Seat

Individual Membership includes 1 Man's OR 1 Woman's Seat

Each additional seat will incur a charge of $150.

Please indicate the total number of seats you need in both Men's and Women's sections.
